Who are Safespaces products for?

Our products are used by adults and children who would be unsafe in a standard room or bed.

When we use the term complex needs or additional needs, this includes a broad range of issues affecting people who might use our products, including people with learning disabilities, (sometimes called learning difficulties, special needs or intellectual disabilities), autism, epilepsy or behaviours of concern.

Can I rent a product?

Yes, all products can be rented. Contact us for a quote.

This is a great way to see if the product is right or if it is only needed for a short time. This option is popular with hospitals and respite centres. We also rent the Voyager and the Voyager Compact for people who require a travel bed for going on holiday, accessing respite care and trips away from home.

What information do you need to recommend a product?

We need to collect information about the level of mobility of the individual or individuals who will use the product, their behaviours and also the environment where the product will be installed. This helps us to recommend the most suitable product and to help you select the features that will best meet your needs.

What colours do Safespaces products come in?

You can design the features you want on your product and choose the colours you like from our range.

Can I move my Safespace if I move house?

Yes, a Safespace can be moved if you are moving home. A plan will be completed for the new property to make sure the Safespace fits and the window and door is in the right position. The Safespace must be re-installed by a Safespaces trained technician.

How do I look after my Safespaces Product?

When your Safespaces product is installed or delivered you will receive a Use & Care guide which provides guidance on how the product should be used and how to clean and care for it.
